Alert Alarm
has been servicing Northwest Indiana
and the surrounding areas since 1969. Located in Merrillville, Indiana off of US 30, we are in a specially designed building to meet all of the requirements to offer an in house monitoring facility. Someone local and familiar with your area is in our Central Station 24/7/365, rain or shine, to help you with whatever need may arise no matter what time of day or night.
Alert Alarm is proud to have thousands of clients which include the F.B.I., D.E. A., County Sheriff Departments, Major chain stores, and just about every school system in Lake and Porter County. Our customer base consists of roughly 50% residential and 50% commercial. Service to our customers is quick, efficient and professional.
Our General Manager has been with the company for more than 15 years having retired from law enforcement. He has an extensive investigative background with a Master Degree in Law Enforcement Administration. He is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy and contributes his experiences in the investigation of thousands of crimes as well as training in crime prevention.
Alert Alarm has 25 dedicated employees with many having more than 10 years of service to the company. Every employee is required to maintain the professionalism and high standard of work ethic being responsive to our clients’ needs in order to remain.
Our sales people do not work off of commissions and you will find in consultations with Alert Alarm that it is a relaxed pressure free experience being served by experts in the field of alarms, cameras, and general crime prevention.
